Most High Speed Molding Plants require “Close Coupled” assembly machinery. FTI has developed solutions to acquire the molded parts directly from the molding press, cool them, provide bulk parts storage in queue and assemble the components without operator intervention. All machines FTI provides offers complete box counting and multi box transfer systems.

 

Heavy Duty Continuous Motion Assembly Machine Chasis

FTI International Inc. has developed the work horse of our line. High Speed Continuous Motion Assembly Chassis that last and last. Our heavy Duty modular construction along with our robust turret design, allows our customers to expect 20 to 30 years of service! It is not uncommon to re-tool these machines for new products for a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
FTI offers a complete line of machines from single flip and close, to single and dual flap closures, to multiple parts cap and pump assemblies including aerosol valves.
